He was the son of the late Shelton Lee and Audrey Fae Caudill Love, and a meat cutter for a Brooks Meats in Walton, KY.

Surviving is 1 sister, Lisa Ann Williams of Florence, KY; 1 son, Randy Douglas Bilby of Ludlow, KY; 1 daughter, Melissa Lynn Crawford of Glasgow, KY; and 8 grandchildren, Dominque Bilby, Isaiah Bilby, Noah Bilby, Angel Bilby, Kaylee Wiles, Breauna Shouse, Liam Shouse, and Morgan Shause.

Memorial services for Donna and Randall will be 2:00pm Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Crittenden, KY. Visitation will be 11:00am-2:00pm Saturday at the funeral home.
