Monty Glenn Beighle

September 28, 1938 - July 24, 2018

Monty Glenn Beighle was born on September 28, 1937 in Gardnersville, KY and passed away July 24, 2018 in Berry, Ky at the age of 80.  He was the son of the late Charles C.S. and Flora Mills Beighle.  He was married to the former Blanche Elaine Thompson who preceded him in death in 2007.

Mr. Beighle is survived by a daughter, Lorrie (Todd) Richerson of Jonesville, KY, a son, Matthew (Rebekah) Beighle of Berry, a brother, Paul Beighle of Florence, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

He was co-owner/operator of multiple IGA grocery stores for many years.  He was a member of the Gardnersville Baptist Church where he formerly served as a Deacon, Sunday School teacher, church trustee and treasurer.

A private graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Gardnersville Cemetery.  A Celebration of life will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the Gardnersville Baptist Church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Gardnersville Baptist Church, 3240 Hwy 491 West, DeMossville, KY 41033 or Sunrise Children's Home, 300 Hope Street, Mt. Washington, KY 40047.
