Jeff Wright

August 21, 1953 - July 22, 2018

Mr. Jeffery Dale Wright of Dry Ridge, KY. passed away Sunday, July 22 at the St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. at the age of 64.  Jeff was born August 21, 1953 in Owenton, KY. to the late Bobby Wright and Juanita Bramlett Wright.  Jeff was a retired truck driver having worked for Natico in Florence, KY. and more recently he worked as an owner and operator.  Jeff was a member of the New Columbus Baptist Church in Owen County.  Jeff was passionate about fishing.  He also dearly loved fast pitch softball, NASCAR, and was a big University of Kentucky basketball fan.  On September 20, 1986 Jeff married Debra Jo Link.

Jeff is survived by his wife of nearly 32 years: Debra Jo Link Wright, a sister: Paula Jones of Williamstown, KY., a brother: Michael Wright of Dry Ridge, KY., nieces: Lindsey Wright-Shelton, Megan Jones-MacLean, Emily Wright-McClanahan, a sister-in-law: Donna Kay Link Cummins of Corinth, KY., aunts: Geneva Burton of Corinth, KY., Nora Roland of Indiana, Juanita Lilly of Dry Ridge, KY., an uncle: Eddie Morgan of Dry Ridge, KY. and he has several cousins.

Memorial services for Mr. Jeffery Dale Wright will be conducted 6:00 pm Saturday, July 28 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge.  Visitation will be there on Saturday from 4:00 pm- 6:00 pm.

Memorial contributions if desired may be directed to the American Heart Association, The American Lung Association or to the Antioch Church of Christ.
