Terri Lewis Caldwell

August 23, 1939 - July 20, 2018

Terri Lewis Caldwell , 79, of Florence, KY, widow of Robert J. Caldwell, passed away Friday July 20, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center – Florence. Born in Owenton, KY, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Montana Webster Lewis.

On December 31, 1957, in Carrollton, KY, Terri was united in marriage to Robert J. Caldwell; he preceded her in death on March 27, 1997. A dedicated wife and mother, she loved her family and enjoyed them as she grew older. She was retired as a dental hygienist, having last worked for Dr. John Newcomb in Carrollton. She was of the Methodist faith; she had been a church youth leader, Girl Scout leader and a member of the Carroll Co. Homemakers.

Survivors include two daughters: Robin Lynn Caldwell of Summerfield, NC, Janifer Dawn McCord of Walton; one brother: James Lewis of Dry Ridge, KY; three grandchildren: Jessica Ketron, Michael McCord, Samuel Caldwell; and two great-grandchildren: Draven Ketron and Phynix Ketron. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by one daughter: Alice Jill Caldwell; two sisters: Helen Jean Lewis, Lucy Jane Minch and two brothers: Raymond Lewis and Robert Lewis.

Visitation will be held Tuesday July 24, 2018 from 11:00 a.m.– 1:00 p.m. at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Homes, Williamstown location. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00, with Rev. James Travis officiating. Burial will be in the Carrollton I.O.O.F Cemetery.
