William Frank Jackson

February 27, 1932 - June 13, 2018

Mr. William Frank Jackson of Williamstown, KY. passed away Wednesday, June 13 at the Grant Center Nursing Home in Williamstown at the age of 86.  Mr. Jackson was born February 27, 1932 in Jonesboro, Tennessee to the late Frank and Faye Jackson.  Mr. Jackson proudly served his country during the Korean War in the United States Marine Corps where he earned the rank of Staff Sergeant.  Mr. Jackson retired from a career as a mechanical engineer.  He was a member of the Marine Corps League and the National Rifle Association.

In addition to his parents Mr. Jackson was preceded in death by his wife: Edna Sue Jackson and by 2 sons: Craig Jackson and Keith Jackson.

Mr. Jackson is survived by a daughter: Cheryl A. Ellenwood and her husband Terry of Raleigh, North Carolina.

There will be no visitation or services but inurnment of the cremated remains will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY.

The Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home of Dry Ridge, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mr. William Frank Jackson.
