Gary Allen Hutchinson

June 30, 1954 - May 20, 2018

Mr. Gary Allen Hutchinson of Dry Ridge, KY. passed away Sunday, May 20 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Williamstown, KY. at the age of 63.  Mr. Hutchinson was born June 30, 1954 in Owenton, KY. to Garnett Cummins Hutchinson and the late Wilbur Hutchinson.  Mr. Hutchinson was a farmer and he drove a school bus for the Grant County School Systems for the last ten years.  Mr. Hutchinson was a member of the Sherman Church of Christ and faithfully served communion.  He was a member of the Woodmen Lodge in Falmouth, KY., former member of the Young Farmers, he enjoyed camping but was most passionate about helping anyone in need through his efforts with the Crittenden Baptist Association Disaster Relief and the Kentucky Changers.  He assisted with relief efforts in the Hurricane Katrina disaster in New Orleans as well as the attack in New York City on 9/11.

Mr. Hutchinson is survived by his wife Pamela Souder Hutchinson, 2 daughters: Krystal Borggren and her husband Bradley of Lebanon, TN., Tiffany Palmieri and her husband Josh of Rockford, MI., his mother: Mrs. Garnett Hutchinson of Dry Ridge, KY., a brother: Terry Hutchinson and his wife Donna of Dry Ridge, KY., 5 grandchildren: Lily Borggren, Lynton Borggren, Olivia Palmieri, Naomi Palmieri, and Rosalie Palmieri.

Funeral services for Mr. Gary Allen Hutchinson will be conducted 4:00 pm Thursday, May 24 at the Sherman Church of Christ, 1055 Sherman-Mt. Zion Road, Dry Ridge, KY. 41035 with Bro. Tim Seevers, Bro. Scotty Simpson and Bro. Brad Borggren officiating.  Visitation will also be at the church on Thursday, May 24 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.

Memorial contributions if desired may be directed to the Sherman Church of Christ Mission Fund or to the Kentucky Baptist Disaster Relief.
