Sylvia Lee Goley

Sylvia Lee Goley of Verona, KY was born October 1, 1953 in Covington, KY and died Sunday, April 22, 2018 in Florence, KY at the age of 64.

She was the daughter of the late William Edward and Lorene Robinson Underwood, a homemaker and retired special education aid for the Boone County School District, and a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church. On October 19, 1973 she was united in marriage to her husband Robert Daryl Goley, who preceded her in death on December 12, 2016.

Surviving is 3 daughters, Sheryl Leigh (David) Jones, Lori Nicholle Tapp, and Elizabeth Ashley (Chris) Schwanenberger all of Verona; 7 grandchildren; 1 brother, Billy Underwood of Hebron; and 3 sisters, Mary Wenstrup of Florida, Linda Bauer of Williamstown, and Becky Diedriches of Hebron.

Memorial services will be at 6:00pm Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona, KY. Visitation will be 4:00-6:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
