Tommie Lee Polley, 66, of Walton, KY, was born June 4, 1951, in Foster, KY, and died Monday, April 2, 2018, at Cold Spring Transitional Care Center in Cold Spring, KY.
He was a retired truck driver for M & K Express in Walton, a member of Chatham Christian Church in Bracken County, KY, and an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was married to Sandra Kay Havlin on October 17, 1998. He was the son of the late Robert Lee and Anne Belle Jones Polley.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Robert Gerald Polley, William Lynn Polley and Marty Guy Polley, and sisters, Mary Lou Filoso and Betty Ann Moreaux.
Surviving is his wife, Sandra Kay Polley; a son, Kristopher “Kyle” (Cindy) Polley of Augusta; a daughter, Kristen K. Schott of Florence; grandsons, Jarrett Schott of Florence and Kylor “Bryce” Polley of Augusta; stepsons, Christopher Charles and Justin (Jamie) Noll, both Dry Ridge, a stepdaughter, Brandy Charles of Ft. Mitchell; six step-grandchildren; a brother, Terry F. (Virginia) Polley of Timonium, MD; sisters, Linda J. Smith of Cincinnati, Retta M. Searp of Burlington, Darlene (David) Thomas of Crittenden, and Marlene (Scott) Gresser of Broomfield, CO, and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will begin at 12:30p.m. Friday, April 6, 2018, at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Crittenden, KY. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, KY.
