Jason Paul Douglas , 40, a resident of Dry Ridge, KY, passed away Thursday March 8, 2018. He was born January 18, 1978 in Portsmouth, VA. He was a member of the Painter’s Union in Florence; he attended Vine Run Baptist Church and was an avid sports fan. He was a member-in-good-standing of the International Union of Painters.

He was the son of Diane Moore (Jack) LaBare of Dry Ridge, KY and Gregory (Terri) Douglas of Westland, MI. Additional survivors include his wife: Melinda Woods; a daughter: Calista Douglas of Dry Ridge, KY; one brother: Matthew Douglas of Dry Ridge, KY; one sister: Jamie Dahms of Independence, KY. two half-sisters: Elizabeth Douglas of Westland, MI, Kaitlyn (Douglas) Simpson of Wayne, MI; one half-brother: Nicholas Douglas of Westland, MI and his maternal grandmother: Virginia Moore of Florence, KY.

Visitation will be Tuesday March 13, 2018 at Stanley Funeral Homes, Williamstown location, from 1:00p.m. – 3:00p.m.; the funeral service will held be at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. David Foley officiating.
