Hazel Frances Gordon

April 17, 1936 - November 30, 2017

Mrs. Hazel Frances Gordon of Williamstown, KY. passed away Thursday, November 30 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center at the age of 81.  Mrs. Gordon was born April 17, 1936 in Scott County, KY.  Mrs. Gordon worked for many years as a cashier and fuel desk clerk at Noble's Truck Stop in Corinth and at the time of her passing she was a member of Stringtown Christian Church.  Mrs. Gordon was a homemaker and a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending as many of their events as she could.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Gordon was preceded in death by a grandson: Thomas Gordon and many years ago she was preceded in death by a sister: Elaine Mulligan.

Mrs. Gordon is survived by her husband, Marvin R. Gordon.  1 daughter: Frances Plunkett of Williamstown, KY., 3 sons: Rex Gordon and his wife Dora of Williamstown, KY., Randy Gordon and his wife: Jeanine of Williamstown, KY., Ronnie Gordon and his wife Gloria of Williamstown, KY., 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hazel Frances Gordon will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 5 in the chapel of the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown.  Visitation will be there on Tuesday, December 5 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Burial will be in the Williamstown Cemetery.
