Roger Lee Plummer

December 4, 1939 - October 28, 2017

Roger Lee Plummer was born December 4, 1939 in Freeburn, KY and passed away October 28, 2017 in Edgewood, KY at the age of 77.  He was the son of the late Clifford Plummer and Alice May Blanton Castle.

Roger was a member of the Sherman Full Gospel Church in Dry Ridge.  He was also a retired truck driver for Palm Beach Company and Grant County Foods.  He enjoyed antique shopping with his wife as well as fishing and traveling.

On Oct 23, 1965 Roger was united in marriage to Erma Delores Brewer Plummer.  In addition to his wife of 52 years, Roger is survived by 2 sons: Tim Plummer (Darlene) of Upper Sandusky, OH and Darrel Lee Plummer (Brittany) of Florence; a daughter: Diana Helen Courtney (Steve) of Dry Ridge; 3 brothers: Phil Plummer (Janie) of Mansfield, OH, Ronnie Castle of Mansfield, OH and Danny Castle of Mansfield, OH; 6 grandchildren: Eric Courtney, Brittany-Lee Plummer, Tyler Lee Plummer, Tyler Courtney, Shelby Courtney and Nicole Courtney; and 4 great grandchildren: Erilynn Courtney, Mason Plummer, Mavis Plummer and Corbin May.

Roger was preceded in death by a grandson: Chad Tigue.

Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017 at Sherman Full Gospel with Rev. Gayliss Gaines Officiating.  Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Sherman Full Gospel.  Burial will follow in the Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
