Juanita Hedges

June 22, 1920 - July 19, 2017

Mrs. Juanita Hedges of Dry Ridge, KY. passed away Wednesday, July 19 at Knight's Personal Care Residence at the age of 97.  Mrs. Hedges was born June 22, 1920 in Dry Ridge, KY. to the late Charles J. Norton and Daisy Hightower Norton.  Mrs. Hedges was a homemaker and farmer and a member of the Dry Ridge Baptist Church.  She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hedges was preceded in death by her husband: Elmo Hedges on April 26, 1998.

Mrs. Hedges is survived by a niece: Betty Waters of Taylor Mill, KY. and she was the guardian and caregiver for many years for her nephew,  Larry Norton of Marshall, VA.

Funeral services for Mrs. Juanita Hedges will be conducted 1:00 pm Saturday, July 29 at the Dry Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. Willie Ailstock officiating.  Visitation will be at the church on Saturday, July 29 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.  Burial will be in the Landrum Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
