Charles C. Clouser

February 25, 1936 - July 3, 2017

Mr. Charles Carroll Clouser of Cincinnati, OH. passed away Monday, July 3 at the Drake Center in Cincinnati at the age of 81.  Mr. Clouser was born February 25, 1936 in York, PA. to the late Elmer and Isabelle Famous Clouser.  Mr. Clouser retired from Astramat where he worked in production.  Mr. Clouser was a former police officer in Florida and Pennsylvania.  Mr. Clouser proudly served his country in the United States Navy and attended the Asbury Tabernacle in Cincinnati.  He had also worked as an area manager for Ashland Oil Co.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Clouser was preceded in death by 6 sisters.  He was also preceded in death by a stepdaughter: Veronica England who passed away in June, 2015.

Mr. Clouser is survived by his wife Mary Lou Suttles Clouser, a son: Charles Lee Clouser of Florida, a stepson: Sherwood Woodyard and his wife Donna of Lawrenceburg, IN., a sister Myrtle Clouser and a brother Elmer Clouser.  He is also survived by a granddaughter, 3 step grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Charles Carroll Clouser will be conducted 2:00 pm Saturday, July 8 in the chapel of the McDaniel Funeral Home, 440 Old Corinth-Owenton Road, Corinth, KY. 41010 with Rev. Richard Vaughn officiating.  Burial will be in the New Columbus Cemetery, Owen County.  Visitation will be Saturday, July 8 from 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm.
