Marshall Edward Kinsey, a Dry Ridge resident, passed away at the Drake Center in Cincinnati, OH on Friday, May 19, 2017 at the age of 82.  He was the husband of Norma Sargent Kinsey.

Marshall was a lifelong cattle and tobacco farmer as well as the owner and operator of the Restland's Angus Farm of Dry Ridge, KY.  He was a past president of the Grant Co. Farm Bureau, Grant Co. Fair Board member of 50+ years, former school teacher for Crittenden Schools, former Citizen's Bank employee, former employee of ASCS and FSA, Grant Co. Fair Horseshoe Chairman and past champion, and was a member and Sunday School teacher of 40+ years at the Williamstown Baptist Church.  He had a passion for Christ, he loved his children dearly and loved to spend time with his grandchildren.

On July 2, 1934, Marshall was born to the late Dr. Russell Edward Kinsey and Anna Marshall Clinkscales in Hyden, KY.  On May 26, 1960, Marshall was united in marriage to Norma Faye Sargent.  From this union, they are survived by three sons, Lance E. Kinsey (Jodie Carter) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Marlon J. Kinsey (Lisa Bennett) of Dry Ridge, KY, Mark R. Kinsey (Julie Spicer) of Crittenden, KY, one daughter, Marcia A. Walters (Danny) of Dry Ridge, KY, 13 grandchildren, Jonathan, Anakin, and Ian Kinsey, Sarah Brown, Shane, Magdalene and Elijah Walters, Savannah, Annelise and Samuel Kinsey, Hannah, Caroline and Benjamin Kinsey, and 2 great grandchildren, Kyrie Walters and Henry Smith.

Memorial Visitation will be Tuesday, May 23, 2017 from 5-7pm at the Williamstown Baptist Church.  Memorial Services will follow at 7pm.  Memorials are suggested to the Williamstown Baptist Church Music Program.  Elliston - Stanley of Williamstown is handling arrangements.
