Georgia B. Adams

August 13, 1940 - May 13, 2017

Georgia B. Adams of Sadieville, KY. passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at her home at the age of 76.  Ms. Adams was born August 13, 1940 at Elk Lick in Scott County, KY. to the late Fred Thomas Adams and Julia Young Adams.  Ms. Adams was a homemaker.  She enjoyed fishing and tending to her flowers and garden.  She enjoyed living in the country and country ways including canning and cooking for her family.

Ms. Adams is survived by sons: Benny Thompson Adams and his wife Brenda of Lexington, KY., Ralph Edward "Tater" Adams of Sadieville, KY., Steven Lee Adams of Sadieville, KY. Marvin Allen "Al" Adams of Sadieville, KY., Billy Joe Adams of Sadieville, KY., 2 sisters: Cora Price of Augusta, KY., Stella Vaughn of Versailles, KY., 4 brothers: Fred Adams, Jr. of Warsaw, KY., John T. Adams of Lexington, KY., Robert C. Adams of Sadieville, KY., Monte Lee Adams of Georgetown, KY.  She also is survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Ms. Georgia B. Adams will be conducted 1:00 pm Thursday, May 18 in the chapel of the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth with Bro. Jackie Anderson officiating.  Visitation will be there on Wednesday from 5:00 - 9:00 pm.  Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery.
