Terry Gillespie

April 27, 1942 - March 12, 2017

Terry Gillespie was born April 27, 1942 in Louisville, Kentucky and passed away March 12, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio at the age of 74.  He was the son of the late Clyde Terry and Mary Christine Harrison Gillespie.

Terry was a retired Field Underwriter for State Farm Insurance.  He was a member of the Williamstown United Methodist Church and a Kentucky Colonel.

On Nov. 15, 1963 Terry was united in marriage to Shelba Wayne Agee Gillespie.  In addition to his wife of 53 years, he was survived by two daughters: Angela Jacobs (Terry) of Williamstown and Mary Elizabeth Vance (Kevin) of Florence; two brothers: Rev. Mike Gillespie of Corydon, TN and Pat Gillespie of Georgetown; four grandchildren: Haleigh Jacobs, Taylor Jacobs, Lucas Jacobs and Caylon Vance; and one Great Grandson: Leon-Michael Workman.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, March 17, 2017 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Gillespie officiating.  Visitation will be 5-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery.
