James Ritchie

February 24, 1933 - March 12, 2017

James Ritchie was born to the late Hargis and Lucinda Stacey Ritchie on February 24, 1933 and passed away at the Anderson Mercy Hospital in Amelia, Ohio on March 12, 2017 at the age of 84.  He was a resident of Bethel, Ohio and a native of Perry County, Kentucky.
Mr. Ritchie was married to the former Sally Ann Hicks who preceded him in death on November 6, 1995.  He is survived by two daughters: Roma Ritchie of Bethel, Ohio and Donna (Kenny) Collins of Bethel, Ohio; one granddaughter: Sara Ritchie and one great grandson: Haven Sorenson.
James was a former machine operator for Steelcraft Manufacturing in Blue Ash, Ohio for 43 years and 9 months.  He had a passion for hunting and fishing.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097.  Visitation will also be on Wednesday from Noon until 2:00 PM.  Burial will be in the Corinth IOOF Cemetery.
