Timothy Wayne Hammond

October 24, 1957 - February 20, 2017

Timothy W. "Tim" Hammond was born October 24, 1957 in Owenton, Kentucky and passed away February 20, 2017 in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 59.  He was the son of the late Norma Jean Sullivan and Audrey Lee Hammond, Sr.

Tim was a retired concrete delivery driver for Grant County Concrete.  He enjoyed spending his time watching westerns and he as an avid Jeff Gordon #24 Nascar fan.

Tim was survived by two brothers: Jeff Hammond of Sparta and Dwight Hammond of Warsaw; two sisters: Renee McNay of Dry Ridge and Princess Joseph of Glencoe; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Audrey Lee Hammond, Jr. in 1993.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home in Verona.  Visitation will be 12:00 - 3:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Napoleon Cemetery in Glencoe.
