Sue Carter Livingood

September 11, 1939 - February 12, 2017

Sue Carter Vance Livingood was born in Williamstown, Kentucky on September 9, 1939 and passed away in Auburndale, Florida on February 12, 2017 at the age of 77.  She was the daughter of the late Carter and Loris Vice Vance.

On August 17, 1957, Sue was united in marriage with James C. Livingood, Jr. (Jim).  From this union four children were born: James Gregory (Nancy) Livingood of Crittenden, Mark Carter Livingood of Florence, Traci Suzanne Livingood of Lexington and John Michael (Maggy) Livingood of Union.  In addition to her loving husband and children, Mrs. Livingood is survived by her grandchildren: Ethan Carter Livingood, Mary Kathereene Livingood, Timothy Kyle Livingood and Emily Brooke Livingood and her sisters: Mary Margaret "Margie: Norton of Crittenden, Judy (Blaine) Turner of Crittenden and Ann (Barry ) Greene of Crittenden.

Sue Carter served her community as a Licensed Practical Nurse with St. Elizabeth Healthcare and was a long time member of the Crittenden Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the Crittenden Baptist Church, Crittenden, KY.   Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM.  Burial will follow in the Crittenden Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to the Crittenden Baptist Church.
