Betty Northcutt Moore

December 6, 1931 - July 24, 2016

An Erlanger resident, Mrs. Betty Northcutt Moore passed away at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Florence, KY on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the age of 84.

On December 6, 1931, Betty was born to the late Nathan Northcutt, Sr. and Della Angeline Isbell. On January 26, 1951 she was united in marriage to the late Robert Moore, Jr., whom she was married to for 60 years.

Mrs. Moore was a former switchboard supervisor at Booth Hospital for 14 years. She continued on to volunteer for St. Luke for another 17 years afterwards. She is a current member of the Florence Baptist Church and former member of Calvary Baptist Church of 38 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert and son Steven Westley Moore. She is survived by one son, Kevin Moore (Kimberly) of Erlanger, one daughter, Julie Simoldoni (John) of Naples, FL, one sister, Glenna Combs (John) of Valdese, NC, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday, July 28 at 1pm at the Hamilton - Stanley Funeral Home in Verona, KY. Visitation will also be Thursday from 11am-1pm. Burial will follow in the New Bethel Cemetery in Verona, KY.
