Ralph Anthony Pettit

November 19, 1947 - July 13, 2016

R. Anthony Pettit of Williamstown KY was born November 19, 1947 in Grant County, KY and died Wednesday, July 13, 2016 in Edgewood, KY at the age of 68.

He was the son of the late Ralph Clifton and Iva Lee Webster Pettit. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, a retired pole setter for Cincinnati Bell, and a member of the Clarks Creek Baptist Church. On August 15, 1989 he was united in marriage to Deneena Jean Gosney Petttit.

In addition to his wife Deneena, surviving is 1 daughter, Diana Fox of Covington; 2 sons Glen A. McComas and Max A. McComas both of Jonesville; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Dennis Pettit of Williamstown; and 3 sisters, Pamela Geohring, Phyllis Beach, and Patsy Wright all of Dry Ridge.

Funeral services will be 12:30pm Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home in Dry Ridge, with burial to follow in the Kentucky Veteran Cemetery North, Williamstown. Visitation will be 10:00-12:30pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
