R. J. Bailey of Glencoe, Kentucky was born July 15, 1952 in Verona, Kentucky and died Friday, July 31, 2015 at his residence at the age of 63.

R. J. was the son of the late Alvis and Rhunie Wilson Bailey, a self-employed auto body repairman with R. J. Auto Body in Verona and Glencoe, a member of the English Christian Church, and attended the Concord Pentecostal Church.

Surviving is his wife, Coleen Spicer Bailey; 1 son, Jason Bailey of Glencoe; 1 daughter, Jamie Beckham of Glencoe; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 5 brothers, David Bailey of Warsaw, Deford Bailey of Verona, Darrell Bailey of Glencoe, Billy Ray Bailey of Indiana, and Verlin Bailey of Glencoe; and 2 sisters, Faye Harvey of Elliston, and Vaida Singleton of Florence.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona, KY, followed by burial at the Napoleon Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00am- 2:00pm Tuesday, at the funeral home.
