Matthew Allen Williams

April 14, 1978 - July 9, 2015

Matthew Allen Williams, a Newport, KY resident, died Thursday, July 9, 2015 at the Cleveland Clinic at the age of 37.He was the son of JoAnn Bevis Williams and the late Robert Floyd Williams.

Mr. Williams was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church and a package courier.

Matt was loved by all who met him. He was a generous caring person who loved to laugh. He was carefree and lived life the way he wanted because he was sick his whole life. He knew not to take life for granted. His son was the most important thing in the world to him and he made all efforts to have the closest relationship possible despite his condition.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Joseph Williams of Cincinnati, a daughter, Heather Williams of Sherman, KY, 5 brothers, David Caudill of Williamstown, Michael Caudill of Harrison, OH, Glenn Caudill Jr. of Newport, Brian Caudill of SC, Charles Williams of Independence, 6 sisters, Glenna Floyd of Crittenden, Darlene Dudney of Metter, GA,Renee McCord of Latonia, Marlene Caudill of Latonia, Benjeana Caudill of Crittenden, and Janine Gamble of Mt. Washington, KY.

Services for Mr. Williams will be private and at the convenience of the family.
