Leamon E. Tinch, a Verona, Kentucky resident, passed away at his home on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the age of 78.

Mr. Tinch worked as a mechanic for Coppage Construction Company for 30 years and was a lifelong farmer.He was a member and Deacon at Scenic View Church of Christ in Warsaw, KY.

He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Peggy Webster Tinch; one son, Edward Nelson(Brenda) Tinch of Verona; one daughter, Amy (Chuck) Welte of Verona; one sister, Mary Mae Merida of Verona, four grandchildren, and honorary family member, Jack Webster of Verona, KY.

Mr. Tinch was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Tinch.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 12, 2015 at the Hamilton - Stanley Funeral Home, Verona. Visitation will be Thursday, from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.Burial will follow at the New Bethel Cemetery, Verona.Memorials are suggested to Scenic View Church of Christ or American Cancer Society.
