Patty Jean Starns of Covington, KY was born February 7, 1946 in Williamstown, KY and died Monday, March 2, 2015 in Edgewood, KY at the age of 69.

Patty was the daughter of the late Paul Kenneth and Helen Jean Lafollette Starns, and a member of the Latonia Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother Paul Starns.
Surviving is one sister, Julia Fay Bass of Covington, KY.
Funeral services will be 3:00pm Monday, March 9, 2015 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY followed by burial in the Williamstown Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:30am-3:00pm Monday, March 9, 2015 at the funeral home.
