Mary Frances Spegal Wills

December 31, 1921 - February 28, 2015

Mary Frances Spegal Wills was born in Dayton, KY on December 31, 1921 and passed away at her home in Williamstown, KY on February 28, 2015 at the age of 93.She was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Clara Roberts Spegal.

On November 24, 1943 she was united in marriage with Julian C. Wills.In addition to her husband of over 71 years, Mrs. Wills is survived by her daughter, Vicki L. (Mike)Agee of Williamstown, 2 granddaughters, Lori Perry (Sal) Prince of South Hadley, MA, Holly Perry (Matt) Vizard of Springfield, MA, 5 great grandchildren, Ian Prince, Vivien Prince, Oscar Vizard, Lillian Vizard, Madeline Vizard, and many nieces and nephews.
Mary Frances was preceded in death by her brothers, Gordon L. Spegal and Richard Spegal.
She was a former government employee and a former schoolteacher. Mrs. Wills was also a former Grant County Farm Bureau Woman''s Chairman, a charter member of the Eagle Creek Country Club, past worthy matron of Williamstown Order of the Eastern Star #301, former member of the Grant County Women''s Club, Williamstown PTA, Grant County High School Band Boosters, Grant County 4-H Leader, District Council member for 4-H, and with her husband, won the jitterbug dance contest at the 1963 KY Farm Bureau state convention and the 1970 Grant County Sesquicentennial waltz contest in costume.
Funeral Services will be 11:30 AM Monday, March 9, 2015 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main Street, Williamstown, KY. Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 PM, Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veteran''s Cemetery, North in Williamstown, KY. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Kentucky Veteran''s Cemetery, North or Hospice of the Bluegrass.
