Deborah L. Smith, a Cynthiana resident, passed away at her residence on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at the age of 47.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Gary L. Smith, Sr., of Cynthiana, KY, father Carlos Ray Herring, Sr. and Cyndi of Burlington, KY, mother Dorothy Jean Williams and Joe of Williamstown, KY, stepdaughters, Melinda Rogers of Somerset, KY, Anita Razor of Morehead, KY, Tara Smith of Cincinnati, OH, stepson Gary Smith Jr. of Independence, KY, brother Carlos "Bud" Herring, Jr. (Leah) of Williamstown, KY, step-sister Krista Renner, Indianapolis, IN.

Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 4, from 5-8pm.Funeral services will Tuesday at 2pm.Both services will be held at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY. Burial will follow at the Mason Cemetery, Mason, KY.
