Benjamin C Montgomery

August 18, 1945 - July 28, 2012

Benjamin C. Montgomery, 66 of Russell Springs passed away Saturday, July 28, 2012 in the VA Hospital in Lexington.

He was the son of Robert W. and Mary Alice Garrison Montgomery; a retired veterinary technician with the Three Chimneys Farm in Versailles and served his country in the US Army during Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife, Jane Demoss Montgomery of Russell Springs; two sons, Ben Montgomery, Jr. of Williamstown, James W. Montgomery of Verona; a daughter, Regina Hall of Burlington; two step sons, Brian Schlosser of Southgate, Pat Schlosser of Cincinnati, OH; two brothers, Jesse Montgomery of Ocala, FL, Gene Montgomery of Charleston, IL; a sister, Patsy Johnson of San Bernadino, CA and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be 11am-1pm with funeral service at 1pm, Thursday, August 2nd at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 North Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Burial will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-North, Williamstown, KY.
