Gene Horn

January 1, 1948 - May 27, 2012

Gene Horn, 64, formerly of Grant County, a resident of St. Bernard, OH passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012 in Charlotte, NC.

He was a graduate of Grant County High School, a truck driver for Walmart and a Veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Marlene Streckfuss Horn. Survivors include two daughters, Shelly (Travis) Hoehn of Indiana, Michelle (Vince) Anello of Ohio; a son, Vance (Jenny) Meeks of Ohio; a sister, Carolyn (Melvin) Rayborn of Williamstown; a brother, Wayne (Carolyn) Horn of Crittenden and seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 1st from 5 to 8 pm at the Gwen Mooney Funeral Home, Cincinnati, OH (513-853-1035). Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 2nd, 11 am at St. Clement Catholic Church (St. Bernard, OH). Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
