Sherry Ann Benefield

Sherry Ann Benefield, 65, formerly of Williamstown, passed away Monday, May 21, 2012 at her residence in New Castle, DE.

She was the daughter of the late R. B. and Edna Marie Garrett Horner, a deputy sheriff for the Fresno County Sheriff''s Department, Fresno, CA and a bank teller for the Clovis Community Bank, Clovis, CA.

She is survived by her husband of twenty nine years, Dennis Benefield of New Castle, DE; two daughters, Stacy Veneziano of Lansing, KS, Kimber Melugin of North Palm Beach, FL; three step sons, Kevin Benefield of Madera, CA, Kyle Benefield of Chowchilla, CA, Matthew Benefield of Post Falls, ID; a step daughter, Holly Zuccarini of Clovis, CA; a sister Kacie Marlene Caughey of CA; two brothers, Daryl Horner of AK, Randy Horner of Fresno, CA; three grandchildren and five step grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a brother, Paul Horner.

Visitation will be 11am-Noon with funeral at noon, Thursday, May 24 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 North Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Burial will be in the Williamstown Cemetery.
