Geneva Mae Hammons Jenkins of Florence, KYwas born June 29, 1935 inDanville, KY, anddied Saturday March 31, 2012 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood, KY at the age of 76.

She was the daughter of the late Carl Rose and Sadie Elizabeth Preston Hammons, a homemaker, and a member of the Deep Creek Baptist Church, Harrodsburg, KY.

She is survived by 2 daughters Judy Adams of Erlanger, KY,and Carlene Arnett ofWalton, KY,1 son John Collins of Williamstown, KY, 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 1 sister, Geraldine Pike of Harrodsburg, KY.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, April 4, at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY. Visitation will also be Wednesday after 10:00am at the funeral home.
