Marjorie Jewel Simpson

February 10, 1934 - December 27, 2011

Jewel Branum Simpson, 77 of Glencoe passed away Tuesday, December 27th at her residence.

She was a retired seamtress for Ancra in Erlanger and a member of the Ten Mile Baptist Church in Glencoe.

She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty one years, Gene Stanley Simpson; her parents, William Delmus and Levina Russell Cary Branum and a brother, William Branum, Jr.

Survivors include a son, Gene Stanley Simpson, II of Glencoe; a daughter, Debbie Simpson Krueger of Union; a brother, Charles Kyle Branum of Florida; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Visitation is 11am-2pm, with funeral service at 2pm Friday, December 30, 2011 at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, 14635 Walton-Verona Rd., Verona, KY 41092. Burial will be in the New Bethel Cemetery in Verona.
