Alma Frances O'Banion

January 3, 1922 - December 25, 2011

Alma Frances Gray O'Banion was born on January 3, 1922 in Corinth, Kentucky and passed away on December 25, 2011 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 89.She was the daughter of the late Walter Cline and Sallie Bates Gray.

Frances was a retired Sales Clerk for JCPenney Co. in Covington, KY and was formerly employed as a Packer at Bayliss Bros. in Cincinnati and as a Waitress at D-H Restaurant in Williamstown.She was a former member of the Mason Homemakers and remained a member of Corinth Christian Church.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen "Steve" O'Banion, on February 26, 2005. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two grandsons: Mike Wright and Bryan "Bernie" O'Banion.

She is survived by her daughter: Betty Wright (Kline) of Dry Ridge; two sons: Harold "Buzzy" O'Banion(Brenda) of Dry Ridge, David O'Banion of Sioux Falls, SD; four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 2:00 PM with visitation from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Thursday at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. The burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
