Dollie Lorraine Reynolds Sissel of Falmouth, KY was born November 1, 1930 in Leon, Iowa and passed away Thursday, November 17, 2011 at her residence at the age of 81.

Dollie was the daughter of the late Harrison Hyatt and May Folsom Vanhorn Reynolds, a homemaker and member of the Short Creek Baptist Church in Falmouth, KY. She was united in marriage on June 5, 1950 to James Arthur Sissel who preceeded her in death on December 11, 1991. In addition to her husband and parents, Dollie was also preceeded in death by a daughter, Laurie Allison Sissel.

Dollie is survived by 1 son, George Edward Sissel of Lexington, KY; 6 daughters, Nora Lynn Sissel, Nancy Lorraine Short, and Helen Suzanne Holder all of Falmouth, KY, Diana Kathleen Spicer of Winchester, KY, Lee Ann Sissel and Jamie Marie Sissel both of Florence, KY; 7 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild; and 1 brother Max Reynolds of Martinsdale Iowa.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the Short Creek Baptist Church, in Falmouth, KY with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00AM Saturday at the church. Memorials are suggested to the Hospice of Hope, Maysville, KY.
