Louise Browning Lanter

May 24, 1930 - October 23, 2011

Louise Browning Lanter, 81, of Williamstown, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Knight''s Personal Care Home in Williamstown.

She was the daughter of the late Harland E. and Hazel Johnson Fields. She was the former owner of Cotton Insurance Agency in Dry Ridge and was a former legal secretary. She was also a member of the Dry Ridge Christian Church and former member of the Oakland Christian Church in Pendleton County.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, William C. Browning and her second husband, Lee B. Lanter.

Survivors include a daughter, Phyllis B. Reed of Crestview Hills; a son, Mark Browning of LaCenter, Washington; one step daughter, Marylee Willoby of Dry Ridge; a brother, Thomas E. Fields of Naples, FL; two grandchildren, Todd Reed of Walton and Jennifer Reed Hern of Edgewood; two step grandchildren, Dr. Michelle Willoby and Rick Willoby both of Williamstown; five great grandchildren and one step great grandson.

Visitation will be 11am - 12:00 Noon with funeral service at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, October 26 , 2011 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral ome, 500 North Main Street, Williamstown, KY 41097. Burial will be in the Williamstown Cemetery.
