Evan Junior Kennedy

October 23, 1929 - October 21, 2011

Junior Kennedy, 81 of Williamstown passed away Friday, October 21st at his residence.

He was the son of the late Max and Myrtle Beach Kennedy. He worked for over 30 years for Interlake Steel in Newport as a pipe inspector.

He is survived by his wife of sixty one years, Mary Lou Poland Kennedy; a daughter, Diana Coomer of Williamstown; two sons, Mike Kennedy of Fruitland Park, FL, Charles Kennedy of Jacksonville, FL; a nephew, Ernie Lee Collins; twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He is preceded in death by a son, Joseph Bruce Kennedy and three sisters.

Visitation will be 11am-1pm with funeral service at 1pm on Monday, October 24, 2011 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 North Main Street, Williamstown, KY 41097. Burial will be in the Glencoe Cemetery, Glencoe, KY.
