Hazel Moller

June 22, 1930 - August 26, 2011

Hazel Faye Cook Moller was born in Warsaw, Kentucky on June 22, 1930 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence, Kentucky on August 26, 2011 at the age of 81. She was the daughter of Clifford and Lula Webster Cook.

A resident of Florence, Kentucky, Mrs. Moller was united in marriage with Wayne Henry Moller on October 19, 1949. Wayne preceded her in death on October 13, 1992. Mrs. Moller is survived by three daughters: Donna, Jiman and Linda; four sons: James, Bruce, Bill and Danny; 19 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and many other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband Hazel has lost one daughter, Nancy and five sisters: Christine Ely, Beulah Griffey, Lucille Huffaker, Irene Vaughn and Mary Powell.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in the Jonesville IOOF Cemetery. Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097.
