Bobby Allen Brown

January 12, 1931 - June 28, 2011

Bobby A. Brown, age 80, resident of Williamstown, KY died Tuesday at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Grant County after a long illness.

He was the former owner and operator of Brown's Furnishing's for MeninWilliamstown and a former salesman for Wigginton & Clark and also for T & W Ford Sales and Service in Williamstown. A member of the Williamstown Baptist Church, Past Patron of the Williamstown Order of the Eastern Star #301 and member of Grant Lodge #85 F. & A.M., Bobby was an avid golfer and a member of the Eagle Creek Country Club. He was the first President of the Williamstown High School Band Boosters in 1966.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife of 59 years, Maxine Simpson Brown, son: Bobby Allen Brown, Jr. of Williamstown, daughter: Karen

L. Price of Falmouth, 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, July 2, 2011 at the Elliston -

Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be at the funeral home

on Friday, July 1, 2011 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM with a Masonic Service at 7:00 PM. Burial will be in the Williamstown Cemetery. Memorials contributions may be made to the Williamstown Baptist Church or the American Diabetes Association.
