Jeffrey Clemons

January 20, 1957 - December 20, 2010

Jeffrey Wayne Clemons,of Williamstown, was born in Covington, Kentucky on January 20, 1957 and passed away suddenly in Williamstown, Kentucky on December 20, 2010 at the age of 53. He was the son of Ethel Marie Martin Clemons and the late Thomas Clifton Clemons.

On February 14, 1976, Jeff was united in marriage with the former Lucie Catherine Webb, lovingly known as "Katie". In addition to his loving mother and wife, Mr. Clemons is survived by two sons: James Daniel Clemons of Williamstown; Joseph Webb Clemons of Stewartsville; two sisters: Dr. Mary Clark of Louisville and Teresa Howe of Crittenden; one brother: Thomas Martin Clemons of Dry Ridge and many other relatives and friends.

A member of the St. William Catholic Parish, Jeff was the owner and operator of Clemons Electric Service in Williamstown. He was the former Electric Supervisor for the City of Williamstown and served the citizens of Williamstown as City Manager from 1991- 1995.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, December 24, 2010 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097 with visitation at the funeral home from 5:00 - 9:00 PM on Thursday, December 23, 2010. Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the St. William Catholic Church, 3 Church St., Williamstown, KY 41097 or the Grant County Animal Shelter.
