Eric was the son of the late William Ellis Willoughby Sr. and Emma Lee Good Willoughby of Williamstown, KY.

In addition to his mother, Eric is survived by 1 daughter, Erika Lynn Willoughby of Williamstown, KY; 1 son, Logan Augustus Willoughby of Williamstown, KY; 1 sister, Diane Hicks of Dry Ridge, KY; and 5 brothers, Roger D. Willoughby of Knoxville, TN, Joe Willoughby of Williamstown, KY, John Willoughby of Dry Ridge, KY, Lemix Willoughby of Crittenden, KY, and Craig Willoughby of Lexington, KY.

Memorial Services for Eric will be 12:30pm Monday, November 15, 2010, at the Vine Run Baptist Church, Dry Ridge, KY.
