Pamela Horton

December 22, 1949 - January 21, 2010

Pamela Kay McQuerry Horton, of DryRidge, was born in Covington, Kentucky on December 22, 1949 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood, Kentucky on January 21, 2010 at the age of 60. She was the daughter of the late Carl and Martha Victoria Beasley McQuerry. She worked for several years as a "Greeter" at the Wal Mart Store in Dry Ridge, KY.

On June 10, 1967, Pam was united in marriage with Robert Earl Horton, who preceded her in death on November 7, 2006. From this union one son, Robert Matthew Horton of Dry Ridge, KY and three daughters, Vickie Sue Fugate of Dry Ridge, KY, Sherri Ann Rosenacker of Walton, KY and Cathy Denise Horton of Florence, KY were born. In addition to her loving children, Mrs. Horton is survived by six grandchildren: Gabriel Thacker, Thomas Fugate, Kayla Fugate, Kalem Horton, Courtney Horton and Macy Horton; one great grandson: Carson Fugate; two brothers: Joseph McQuerry of Ft. Knox, KY and David McQuerry of Burlington, KY and many other relatives and friends. One sister, Rose Day passed away in 2007.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, January 25, 2010 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 132 S. Main St., Crittenden, KY 41030. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Monday, January 25. Burial will follow in the Crittenden Cemetery, Crittenden, Kentucky. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
