Mary Alice Creech

December 28, 1934 - January 19, 2010

Mary Alice Taylor Creech was born in Grant County, Kentucky on December 28, 1934 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood, Kentucky on January 19, 2010 at the age of 75. She was the daughter of the late Louis and Gertrude Deitz Taylor.

On September 16, 1954, Mary was united in marriage with Leonard Barnes Creech who preceded her in death on October 31, 1995. From this union three sons survive: Leonard Wayne Creech of Dry Ridge, KY, David Creech of Dayton, OH and Phillip Creech of Dry Ridge, KY. One son: Gene Creech passed away in 2002. In addition to her three sons, Mrs. Creech leaves one sister: Marie Speaks of Covington, KY, eight grandchildren: Katie Pelsiner, Seana Creech, Ryan Creech, Sarah Cockayne, Amanda Creech, Ashley Mazzes, Joshua Mazzes and Allison Creech; two great grandchildren: QuinlanCreech and Casey Summers and many other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Creech was a processor for the Internal Revenue Service in Covington, Kentucky. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, January 23, 2010 at the Stith Funeral Home, 7500 U.S. Highway 42, Florence, KY 41042. The visitation will be at the funeral home from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday Evening, January 22, 2010. Burial will follow in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, Kentucky. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY is in charge of all arrangements.
