Arthur "Ted" Bishop of Berry, KY was born January 26, 1933 in Clay County, KY. He passed away Thursday, January 14, 2010, in Edgewood, Ky, at the age of 76.

Arthur was the son of the late Issac and Susan Burns Bishop.He was aself-employed truck driver, a U.S. Army veteran, and a member of the Oneida Masonic Lodge.

Arthur is survived by 2 sons, Dale Wayne Bishop of Butler, KY and Charles "Spunky" Bishop of Berry, KY; 3 daughters, Bonnie Renee Ginther of Williston, ND, Edith Ann Combs of London, KY, and Naomi Lynn Claypool of Williamstown, KY; 17 grandchildren; 8 greatgrandchildren; 1 brother, Ed Bishop of Williamstown, KY; and 1 sister Cleo Abercrumbie of Berry, KY.

Funeral services will be at 12:30pm Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY, with Burial at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North. Visitation will be from 10:00am to 12:30pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
