Eva Jo Cusick

June 20, 1938 - November 22, 2009

Eva Jo Cusick was born June 20, 1938 in Bybee, Kentucky and passed away on November 22, 2009 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 71 years, 5 months, and 2 days. She was the daughter of the late Grant and Nellie King Conner.

On November 29, 1980 Eva was united in marriage to Joseph Cusick. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter: Rose Kelsey of South Lebanon, Ohio; a brother: Charles Conner of Cambridge City, Indiana; two grandsons: William Joseph Kelsey and Adam Everett Kelsey; and a great grandson: Gabriel Alexander Kelsey. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Anna Marie Singleton.

Eva was a Nurse's Aide for Pincrest Nursing Home in Morrow, Ohio.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Crittenden. The visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. The burial will be in the Crittenden Cemetery, Crittenden, KY.
