Williah Lee "Billie" Simpson, of Crittenden, KY was born May 7, 1919 in Grant County, Ky. She passed away Monday, November 9, 2009, in Williamstown, KY, at the age of90.

Williah was the daughter of thelateJacobLee andCora Ann Webster Scott. She was a homemaker, a member of the Crittenden Baptist Church, and on January 10, 1937, she was united in marriage toJohnny Wilbur Simpson.

In addition to herhusband of 72 years, Williah isalso survived by, 1 son Wilbur Simpson of Crittenden, Ky; 2daughters, BettyAnn Rodgersand Beverly Kay Mulberry both of Crittenden, KY; 4grandchildren; and 7great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by 1 son, Layle B. Simpson.

Services for Williah will be 2:00pm Friday, November 13, 2009 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Crittenden, KY with burial in the Crittenden Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00am Friday, November 13, 2009 at the funeral home.
