Donna Rose Beckett

July 13, 1939 - January 9, 2013

Donna Rose Raisor Beckett, resident of Florence, KY,was born in Glencoe, Kentucky on July 13, 1939 and passed away following an auto accident in Dalton, Georgia on January 9, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Harry Davis and Ora Lena Kinman Raisor.

On October 22, 1965, Donna was united in marriage with her husband, Charles Tildon Beckett who also died in the auto accident. One daughter, Tanya Brashear of Ft. Myers, Florida survives her parents. In addition to her loving daughter, Mrs. Beckett is survived by two granddaughters: Lauren Brashear and Jordan Brashear; four sisters: Norma Baxter of Dry Ridge, Doris Robb of Florence, Betty Magee of Florence and Judy Wainscott of Holbrook, one brother: Ronald Raisor of Florence and many other relatives and friends. One brother, J.B.Raisor preceded Donna in death.

Mrs. Beckett was a member of the First Church of Christ, Burlington, KY and a former secretary for several finance companies.

Funeral serviccs will be in conjunction with her husband'sfuneralat 12:30 PM Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:30 - 12:30 PM Tuesday. Burial will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North in Williamstown.
