Clayton Martin

March 25, 1924 - December 16, 2012

Clayton Martin, a Williamstown resident passed away at the St. Elizabeth Hospital, Grant Co. on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the age of 88.Mr. Martin is survived by his wife Ronnie Edmondson Martin.
Mr. Martin was a World War II Navy Veteran and worked as a farmer his entire life. He was a member of the Sherman Church of Christ.
Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Corinne Gordon Martin, as well as his first wife Bonnie Cook Martin.
In addition to his wife Ronnie, he is survived by three sons, Barry (Patty) Martin of Berry, KY, Jerry (Deborah) Martin of Walton, KY, James "Jim" Martin of Williamstown, KY, one daughter, Melanie (Greg "Wally") Wallace of Williamstown, KY, three Stepsons, George Edmondson of Williamstown, KY, Thomas "Tom" (Sherry) Edmondson of Hebron, KY, Matthew (Misty) Edmondson of Walton, KY, one step daughter, Karen (Dale) Schwab of Dry Ridge, KY, one sister, Delores Steger of Williamstown, KY, twenty grandchildren, and nineteen great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 4-7pm with the funeral to follow at 7pm at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY.Burial will be Friday, December 21, 2012 at 10am at the Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge, KY.
