Kay Ellen Martin

January 24, 1943 - May 3, 2013

Kay Ellen Schoenman Martin of Florence, Kentucky wasborn in Mansfield, Ohio on January 24, 1943 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth, Healthcare, Edgewood, Kentucky on May 3, 2013 at the age of 70. She was the daughter of the late Robert Bernard and Anna Lugenia Auchinbaugh Schoenman.

Kay is survived by her husband, Wilfred "Giz" Martin; sons: Jeff Hurley and Steve Hurley both of Williamstown; daughters: Susie Lamb of Walton, and Julie Lamb of Florence; brother: Robert M. Schoenman of Williamstown; 20 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. A sister, Wanda Ann Tracey preceded her in death. A graduate of the Mansfield High School, Mrs. Martin served several businesses as an administrative assistant.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North in Williamstown, KY.
