Cecil T. Cummins, Sr., a Crittenden resident, passed away Thur., March 28, 2013 at the V.A. Medical Center, Cincinnati, OH. at the age of 92.He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Emma Loretta Maines.
Mr. Cummins was a lifetime, a WWII Army Veteran, a member of the Goshen Christian Church, Co-Founder and past president of the Kenton Co. Fair Association, member of the Walton American Legion, life member of the Disabled American Veterans, and a former4-H leader and past president of the 4-H Council.
Mr. Cummins is survived by one son, Eddie Cummins of Crittenden, two daughters, Mary Chapin of Cold Spring, Kay Smith of Richwood, one brother, Kenneth Cummins of Dry Ridge, five sisters, Margaret Fortner of Dry Ridge, Jeanette Colston of Decatur, GA, Sue Carolyn Hopperton of Louisville, Garnett Hutchinson of Dry Ridge, and Pat McNay of Burlington, five grandchildren,and two great grandchildren.
