Jeannie Walker Henry

January 16, 1976 - November 11, 2012

Jeannie M. Walker Henry was born in Louisville, Kentucky on January 16, 1976 and passed away at her residence in Sachse, Texas on November 11, 2012 at the age of 36. She was the daughter of Diana Sue Russell Walker Horn of Florence, Kentucky and the late Charles Norman Walker.

In addition to her loving mother, Jeannie leaves her husband of thirteen years, Brian Henry, one son, Grant Herny, one daughter Liberty Henry (all of Sachse, TX) and one sister, Amanda Walker. Her grandparents, Irene & Lloyd Russell of Crittenden, KY and her step-father, Bennie Hornpreceded her in death.

Jeannie was a very giving person with a colorful personality. She was very involved with her children and loved to bake cakes for everyone in the neighborhood. She and her husband hosted foreign exchange students and she volunteered for the Juvenile Diabetes Association.

Funeral services were held in Sachse, Texas on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 2925 5th Street, Sachse, TX 75048.

Kentucky funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 132 S. Main St., Crittenden, KY 41030. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Monday. Burial will be in the Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.
